At NonLethalDefense.com, we stand behind the quality of the personal defense tools we offer. This page covers the warranty process for Byrna® products. Warranty coverage for other brands will be listed in a separate section (coming soon).

Limited Factory Warranty – Byrna Products

Byrna Technologies Inc. warrants its launchers and accessories to be free from factory defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of retail purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original retail purchaser.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Register your product at byrna.com/pages/warranty-registration.
2. Contact Byrna’s support team to describe the issue and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
3. Once your claim is approved, follow the instructions provided by Byrna to submit the return via their RMA portal:

Warranty Limitations

• Warranty claims require proof of purchase and timely registration.
• Byrna may choose to refund, credit, or replace the defective product.
• This warranty excludes damage from misuse, disassembly, unauthorized accessories, or third-party modifications.
