Limited Factory Warranty – Byrna Products
Byrna Technologies Inc. warrants its launchers and accessories to be free from factory defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of retail purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original retail purchaser.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Register your product at byrna.com/pages/warranty-registration.
- Contact Byrna’s support team to describe the issue and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Once your claim is approved, follow the instructions provided by Byrna to submit the return via their RMA portal:

Warranty Limitations
- Warranty claims require proof of purchase and timely registration.
- Byrna may choose to refund, credit, or replace the defective product.
- This warranty excludes damage from misuse, disassembly, unauthorized accessories, or third-party modifications.
