Important Warranty Notice
Byrna products are covered by Byrna Technologies Inc.’s limited factory warranty, subject to Byrna’s official warranty terms, limitations, exclusions, and RMA process.
Non-Lethal Defense is an online retailer and customer support contact. Manufacturer warranty approval, replacement, repair, credit, or refund decisions are made by Byrna Technologies Inc.
Register Your Byrna Product
Byrna recommends registering your product through Byrna’s Product Registration page. Product registration helps document purchase information, activate eligible warranty coverage, and keep customers updated on important product information.
Byrna Limited Factory Warranty
Byrna states that its launchers are covered by Byrna Technologies Inc.’s limited factory warranty to the original retail purchaser against factory defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original date of purchase, subject to Byrna’s official warranty terms.
Warranty coverage generally requires proof of purchase and compliance with Byrna’s instructions, warranty terms, and RMA process.
Byrna Technologies Inc. has the sole authority to determine whether a claim is covered by its limited warranty.
How to File a Byrna Warranty Claim
- Register your Byrna product through Byrna’s Product Registration page.
- Submit your return or warranty request through Byrna’s Care Center.
- Follow Byrna’s instructions before shipping any product for inspection, warranty review, repair, replacement, credit, or refund consideration.
Submit a Byrna Return or Warranty Request
Do not ship any product for warranty review without following the applicable RMA instructions.
Important Limitations
Byrna’s warranty may not cover misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, unauthorized repairs, disassembly, third-party modifications, incompatible accessories, incompatible projectiles, incompatible CO2 or gas cartridges, or use outside the product instructions.
Customers are responsible for reading the product manual, following all safety instructions, and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in their jurisdiction.
