At NonLethalDefense.com, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of the products we sell. Please review our service and return policies carefully before submitting a request.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted on eligible items that are:

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • Approved in advance by NonLethalDefense.com with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Returns sent without a valid RMA may be refused or subject to partial refund and restocking fees at our discretion.

Restocking Fees

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on item condition and compliance with our return policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Claims

Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. For example, all Byrnaยฎ launchers and accessories are warranted directly through Byrna Technologies Inc.

  • To submit a Byrna warranty claim, you must register the product at byrna.com.
  • Approved Byrna claims are handled through their RMA portal.

Note: Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise noted. NonLethalDefense.com does not process or approve manufacturer warranty decisions but can assist you in initiating the process.

Service Requests

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us immediately. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue or direct you to the appropriate manufacturer support channel.
