Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
Byrna products are covered by Byrna Technologies Inc.’s limited factory warranty, subject to Byrna’s official warranty terms, limitations, exclusions, and Return Merchandise Authorization process.
Warranty coverage, claim approval, repair, replacement, credit, or refund decisions are determined by Byrna Technologies Inc.
Non-Lethal Defense can help customers understand where to start, but we do not control or approve manufacturer warranty decisions.

Before Filing a Warranty Claim
Before submitting a warranty claim, please gather the following:
- Your Non-Lethal Defense order number
- Proof of purchase
- Product model and serial number, if applicable
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the issue, if applicable
- Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label, if applicable
Important Warranty Limitations
Warranty coverage may not apply to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, unauthorized repairs, disassembly, third-party modifications, incompatible accessories, incompatible projectiles, incompatible CO2 or gas cartridges, or use outside the product instructions.
Customers should read and follow all product manuals, safety instructions, warnings, and applicable laws before using, storing, transporting, or maintaining any product.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are handled separately from manufacturer warranty claims. Please review our Service & Returns page before sending any product back to Non-Lethal Defense.
